After!

  • 1/2 Avocado, smashed
  • 1/4 Yellow Pepper, Sliced
  • 1/4 Red Pepper, Sliced
  • 1/4 Orange Pepper, Sliced
  • 2-3 Tablespoons of freshly chopped onions
  • Feta Cheese
  • Crushed Red Pepper
  • Salt
  • Sprouted 7-Grain Bread, slightly broiled + coconut butter
