It's kind of scary stepping on the scale again after having such an awesome weight loss. If it's gone back up to 200, I might be really sad. But it's important that I do it.
Maybe tomorrow morning.
Please god, let it say 198.
EDIT: After a discussion with dad, I was encouraged to delay weighing in til I return from vacation. "Stick to one scale," he persuaded.
So now it is up to me to maintain weight loss, despite this twisted-ish ankle. It's always something.
