so, i was doing some research about what our bodies really want when we're craving certain things, and since i'm always craving salty stuff (especially last night), i looked that up... what did it say first? "Raw goat milk."

as if i wasn't aware of this. (for those of you who don't know, goat cheese and crackers--or really goat cheese and anything--has been my vice these past few weeks.) but from what i understand, dairy isn't that great for you in excess (well, nothing is good for you in excess, it's all about a balance).
another thought--i kinda feel like this list is stating the obvious... "if you're craving bad stuff, what you really need is protein, nuts, seeds, water, fruits and veggies." freal?! see cuz i thought you were gonna tell me if i was craving chocolate i should go drink some alcohol. smh.
